OUR MISSION
Here in the Booker T Washington fine arts program, we are driven by a single goal; Student education, musicianship, and Graduation! Students are reading level appropriate music, participating in all city band, auditioning for university ensembles, participating in concert band festivals and solo and ensemble, as well as preparing to audition for local youth ensembles. Seniors are graduating with a sense of discipline, maturity, excellent work habit, and superior musicianship.

CURRENT/FUTURE BAND STUDENTS
All Current Band students must join the Band app for communication purposes.
PARENTS:
The Band will be using the app called BAND to communicate. This will help us stay on the same page and you will receive all Band-related information such as practice/game schedules, uniform purchases, and other announcements. It is important that you download the app and join the group by using the link or QR code attached below, so that you won’t miss any announcements from the Band.
